Boardroom Briefs is intended to provide highlights of presentations, reports and decisions made at the regular meeting of the Limestone District School Board of Trustees. The following are highlights of the May 21, 2025, Regular Board Meeting.

Dear Families, We appreciate your continued support, understanding, and patience while we have been responding to a cyber incident. While services have been restored in all schools for the past few weeks, we have continued to work diligently with cyber experts to better understand what occurred.

The Revised June 2025 Exam Schedule is now available. As it is still part of the school year, students are expected to be available for their assigned exams. Grade 12 students may begin summative activities on Tuesday, June 17. Grades 9-11 will begin their exam period on Thursday, June 19.

The 2025 KSS Graduation Ceremony will take place at 4:00PM on Thursday, June 26th at St. Lawrence College. Please see invitation attached to this email. We look forward to welcoming you, and celebrating this incredible class! Grad Info Form **Please fill in this Grad Info Form before June 1.

Limestone District School Board is hosting two virtual Family Consultation Evenings, and we are seeking your help to prepare for the upcoming See Yourself in Limestone Student Census 2025.

Join us Tuesday, May 13, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Extend-A-Family Kingston (660 Bagot Street, Kingston, ON). Entrance and parking is located at the back of the building. No registration is required. All are welcome!

Dear Families, Limestone District School Board continues to work around the clock to restore access to our network and digital resources for students and staff. Our teams are collaborating closely with cybersecurity experts throughout this process and will continue to do so for as long as necessary.

Dear Families, As we indicated on Thursday, April 17, Limestone DSB has experienced a cyber incident. Throughout the weekend and into this week we continue to work with cybersecurity experts to assess the impact of the cyber incident and to work toward the restoration of services.
