School Events:
- Today for Black History month we recognise Donovan Bailey a Jamaican-born Canadian Sprinter he was a 1996 Olympic champion who won gold in both the 100-metre and the 4 x 100-metre relay, often recognized as the "World's Fastest Man" in the 90s.
- Report Cards will be distributed in first Period this morning. If you don’t have a home room, please come to the office to pick it up.
- There is an exciting Affinity movie night this Friday after-school in the library! Bring yourself and some friends to watch Hidden figures! Free snacks will be provided.
Clubs:
- Hey Bears! Would you like a low pressure environment to chat, plan and recognize cultural events, and eat? Come join Affinity Club in the Library conference room tomorrow at lunch.
- Interact Club is today in Room 157 at 11:20. Everyone is welcome, see you there!
- Interested in gaining some unforgettable experiences and academic enrichment this summer? Apply for the University of Chicago Summer Session Enrichment Programs before MARCH 12TH for the opportunity of a lifetime! Open to any and all students from grades 9 to 11. You can find the application form in the Math Club Instagram bio, alongside a nomination form that you can complete to be a KSS nominated candidate.
