- There is a mandatory meeting for all students going on the trip to France in March at lunch on Wednesday in the office seminar room. This will be a short but important meeting. Please plan to attend.
Announcement from Ms. Donnan regarding Exams:
The Semester One Examination period begins tomorrow and continues until next Friday, February 2nd.
Students must attend examinations as scheduled and will report to the location of their exam 10 minutes prior to the start time. Morning exams will begin at 8:30, afternoon exams will begin at 12:00.
If you are late, you must check in with Ruth in the main office for attendance before heading to your exam room. You can expect to remain in the exam room for at least one hour.
Only students who have an exam or scheduled to work in Student Success should be at school during this time. Students at school before an afternoon exam or remaining after a morning exam, should be in the library for quiet study or in the cafeteria for group study.
All personal belongings will be stored at the front of the room, at the teacher’s direction. Anything that you are unprepared to leave at the front of the room should not be brought into the exam room. Only electronic devices as outlined in a student’s IEP are permitted to be used during the exam.
In the event of a bus cancellation during the exam period, the canceled day’s exams will be moved to Thursday, February 2nd. For example, if buses are canceled tomorrow, those exams will take place on February 2nd.
Get lots of rest tonight Bears, and good luck on your exams!
